Manjaku Online Store Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official Manjaku Online Store at www.manjaku.com.
If you experience any issues with your order and wish to request a return or refund, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure smooth processing:
- Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify our Customer Care Team of any discrepancies or issues with the received products within 7 days of delivery.

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product(s) (if applicable)
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to respond to and process your inquiry.
- Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund
A return or refund may be arranged under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- The product received is not as ordered (e.g., wrong item, size, or variant).
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The product(s) must be returned in its original condition, quantity, and packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and price stickers must be intact.
- A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required.
- The product(s) must be unused and unopened unless the return is due to defects or damage.
- Non-Refundable Items & Charges
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Items purchased during promotions or using discount codes or coupons will only be refunded at the actual amount paid (i.e., the discounted price).
- Shipping or delivery fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

- Manjaku reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the returned items do not meet the above criteria.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to processing time by the bank or payment gateway.
Every successful refund and return request shall be processed within 5 - 7 working days.
