time zone (“Contest Period”).
How to join?
1. Make a purchase of RM120 inclusive of any Enfagrow A+ MindPro and/or Enfamama A+
products in a single receipt at any Manjaku outlets (offline or online).
2. Capture a photo of you and your child showcasing the best parent-child look alike moment.
3. Submit photo with details and proof of purchase at QR code provided.
4. Keep your receipt for verification.
Make sure to follow the promotion's guidelines and terms to participate and stand a chance to
win a pair of Hi-Tea Voucher with Fazura.
Terms & Conditions:
• Child must be 1 year and above to qualify for entry in accordance to Malaysia Code of Ethics
For The Marketing of Infant Foods and Related Products.
• Contestants can only upload 1 photo to be eligible to win which then will be selected by the
panel of judges.
• The photo(s) must be uploaded as a high-resolution (3MB). The photos uploaded will be
judged on adherence to the contest challenge through its content, theme, message clarity,
creativity and overall presentation.
• The photo must not contain any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, sexist,
racist or which may in any way cause offence to any person or organisation are strictly
prohibited. The photo must be an original creation - no copyrighted images may be used.
• This contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years age
(as at 10 May 2024) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including
its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion
agencies.
Entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
• By uploading the photo as participation of this contest, participants agree to grant Manjaku
Management the rights to use the photo in any manner and media, including without limitation,
the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media
even if they are not the winning entries.
• Manjaku Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the
arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any
time and for any reason if deemed necessary.
WINNERS & PRIZES
Terms and Conditions:
1. 20 pairs of participants with the most creative entry as determined and selected by
the organiser panel of judges will be awarded with the prize.
2. The Organiser’s decision on the winners list is final and is on its absolute sole
discretion. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained. By
participating in this contest, the participants agree not to challenge and/ or object to
any decisions made by the organiser in connection with the contest.
Prizes:
1. Grand Prize x 20: A pair of Hi-Tea Voucher with Fazura
2. The Organiser reserve the rights to amend and change the Contest’s winning
mechanics at its sole discretion.
3. The Organiser reserve the rights to feature winners’ photos on all Manjaku
websites and social media pages.
4. The prize winners will be notified through e-mail and verified via telephone
call.
5. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply,
telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts
will be made within the next two (2) working days of the first telephone call.
Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right
to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next eligible winner as
replacement
6. The Winners’ announcement will be made on the Manjaku Malaysia Social
Media page.
7. The participant is required to produce a proof of identity during or prior to prize
redemption for purposes of verification.
8. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the organiser are Malaysian
Identity card. A failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the organiser to
disqualify the winner.
9. In the event of the organiser is requested to post/courier a prize to a winner, the
organiser will not be held liable of non-receipt of prize or damages caused
during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be
entertained.
10. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred and/or to be incurred by the Winners in
relation to the Contest and/or to claim the Prize(s), which shall include but not
limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any
other costs shall be at sole responsibility of the Winners.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
All participants to the contest shall be deemed have given consent to the organiser to disclose, share
or collect their personal data to the organiser’s business partner and associates. The organiser shall
always put it as priority to secure the personal data of the participants in relation to their
participation in the contest.
OWNERSHIP / USE RIGHTS
• By entering this contest, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described
in these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that the organizer and its contest partners will
store your Personal Data for a reasonable period of time to complete the above purposes and the
organizer and its contest partners will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of 2010 and
other relevant data privacy regulations.
• The organiser and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors,
officers, agents, independent contractors, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal
advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:-
1. any disruption, network congestion, malicious virus attacks, unauthorised data hacking,data corruption and server hardware failure or otherwise; any technical errors, whether due to inaccessibility of internet network
2. any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, server or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties of anykind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation, the incorrector inaccurate capture of entry information online;
3. any late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligiblecommunicationincluding but not limited to e-mails;
4. any failure, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed on thecomputer transmissions;
5. any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Organiser that may cause theContest to be disrupted or corrupted;
6. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of thegift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Contest;
7. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
